Something funny - something wise

This is something I made a while ago - inspired by Magic boxes.com they're a bit fiddly to make but for the occasional, something really special, well worth the time.
Read this on someone's blog - I wish I was a glow-worm cos they are never glum, a glow-worm's always happy cos the sun shines out its' bum!! Love it.
Here's another, not funny but very wise - God grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can, and the wisdom to know it's me. Bit powerful.

Billy no mates

OK I give up, even my own visits don't register on the counter so I've removed it. Although things like that irritate me immensely and I will have to find out why the counter didn't work but not today 'cos it's lovely and sunny out there and I'm off to enjoy it.

Boo hoo, no visitors

Poor little blog, nobody loves you, I think I'll go and eat worms... Hmm, I wonder if the counter is actually working? Will have to investigate - it's probably not even switched on. Anyway, onto a new day and a new card inspired by a lady called Penny Duncan who creates wonderful designs using her Cricut and SCAL software. I wonder if I can add a link to her site http://pennyduncancreations.blogspot.com/ Yes, I can, well done Carole. Here's the card I made, not sure about the bling on the 4th butterfly but I like the overall effect.

Eek! I 've added a counter

Getting carried away here I think. Since I discovered comments on my blog I decided to add a counter - well, you never know, people might come back again or tell their friends to visit! If it increases at a snail's pace, I'll just take it off again!!!

Well, what a lovely surprise

The world is looking beautiful today - there's a light covering of snow everywhere and I don't have to go out - yippee. Better than that tho', I opened my blog to see that some lovely people had left comments - double yippee and thank you so much for visiting. As to a tutorial for the notelets,
Go to http://papertreyink.com/
Lauren Meader has a wonderful blog too which is very inspirational. She can describe far better than me, how to reproduce the notelets and holder. Hope the sun is shining wherever you are.

OK so just to show I am a reformed character (I jest of course) here's something I did a little earlier. I made the little notelet cards out of all the bits left over. Looks much nicer in real life. I've also published them in the wrong order - but can't spend another hour or two or three adjusting it.

POOR NEGLECTED LITTLE BLOG

Started this blog with great gusto - posting every hour or so but then ........... zilch for months. Bad blogger. The problem is, I'm only writing to myself because I don't really know how to get "out there" where the blog hoppers are. Have just joined StampTV UK group so maybe I'll get a visit from one of the members. http://stamptv.ning.com
